Ciklamen is a European cultivar that produces small-medium sized tubers with a red smooth skin and a cream colored flesh. It is a known as a high yielding spud, with early maturity, long dormancy, and its stores well. This red has a great taste and culinary profile. It was listed in Hungary in 1988 by the University of Veszprem.
