These potatoes are arguably the best seed for your gardens. These farmers grow these potatoes with the intention that they will be viable seed stock. I have to charge a bit more for the fingerlings. It’s been difficult to grade out the Fusarium from storage.

TerraRosa is another Tri-State Potato released in 2012. It is a mid season specialty potato with red skin and red flesh. TerraRosa has multiple culinary uses and maintains its rosy color and resists fading. This potato generally does not yield as well as Dark Red Norland and Russet Burbank. Worth it though. My favorite to microwave.
