These tubers are arguably the best seed stock for your gardens or nurseries. Another potato released by University of Idaho, Oregon State University, and Washington State University. This cultivar produces lots and lots of little purple skinned, purple fleshed fingerlings. These potatoes have more antioxidants compared to other varieties. Moreover, this cultivar retains its color brilliance better than other varieties when baked, boiled or fried. Like most fingerlings this is not easy to store long term and is susceptible to common scab from soils.
