Huckleberry Gold: this potato cultivar was first crossed in 1999 in Southern Idaho. Since it’s release it’s been known for its beautiful purple skin and delicious vibrant yellow flesh. This cultivar is exceptionally high in antioxidants and is known for having a lower glycemic index than most other potatoes.
