All-Blue: This cultivar is also known as: Blue Marker, Purple Marker, Fenton Blue, and River John Blue. This potato has a blue skin and blue flesh with a white vascular ring. The tubers are oblong with deep eyes. This potato has diverse culinary uses and brightens any potato salad.
