Yukon Gem: This cultivar has an early-mid season maturity and medium long dormancy. It is a yellow specialty tuber that is an upgrade to Yukon Gold in terms of yield and disease resistance. It produces oval, medium sized tubers that had reddish pink splashes in the eyes on the yellow skin of this yellow fleshed tuber.
